Enchilada Sauce
 
1 quart  beef broth
6 Tbsp  chili powder
1/4 tsp  garlic, minced
1 tsp  cumin
2 Tbsp  cornstarch, in 4 tablespoons water
 
bring ingredients for sauce (except for corn starch) to a boil. 
add corn starch mixture and boil 1 minute.
