Pimento Cheese a la Hugh
 
  grate 12 oz sharp cheddar cheese (kraft's)
  finely chop 4 oz jar pimento --do not puree'}
2 Tbsp  salad dressing or mayonnaise to taste mixing until soft and
  spreadable
1/8 tsp  black pepper
1/2 tsp  table salt or light salt (morton's)
1/8 tsp  paprika if desired
 
combine well, but do not use food processor or blender (except to grate 
the cheese). 
 
refrigerate until well chilled.
