Egg Boiling
 
week old eggs always hard boiled better for me. i just put them in a pot 
with cold water to cover. turn the heat on and let it come to a good 
rolling boil. turn the heat off, cover, let sit 20 minutes. drain the 
water and run cold water over them til they are cooled off. peel. this 
always seems to work well for me.
