Easy Fried Rice
 
3 cup  cooked basmati rice
2 Tbsp  pepper
  salt to taste
  a dash of oil
1/2   green or red pepper (or combination of both) cut into long strips
1   carrot cut into long strips
 
heat oil in a wok. add all the ingredients and stir for 5 minutes or till 
thoroughly mixed. serve with any raitha or plain yogurt.
