Chicken Curry
 
1/2 cup  chopped onion
1/2 cup  chopped celery
1/4 cup  cooking oil
1/3 cup  flour
2 cup  chicken broth
1 cup  tomato juice
1/2 tsp  worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  curry powder
4 cup  diced chicken
4 cup  hot cooked rice
  salt and pepper to taste
 
lightly brown onions and celery in hot oil; add flour and blend. add broth 
and cook until thick, stirring constantly. add tomato juice, seasoning and 
chicken. heat thoroughly and serve over rice.
