Lemon Tart
 
3/4 cup  almond flour
3   eggs
3/4 cup  honey
  zest of 3 lemons
3/4 cup  lemon juice
4 Tbsp  melted butter (1/2 stick)
 
blend all ingredients and pour into a pie plate. 
bake at 350 degrees f (175 degrees c) for 35 minutes. 
 
notes 
can also be orange tart by using orange juice and zest in place of lemon.
