Hawaiian Baked Yams

8 large | sweet potatoes, washed well and cut into chunks |
1 can | pineapple chunks, drained |
1 | ripe banana, peeled |
2 cup | hearts of palm, cut up |
2 cup | tempeh, cut up |
2 cup | dried lentils |
3 cup | apple juice |
1/2 cup | honey |
3 Tbsp | mustard |

preheat the oven to 300f. in a large bowl, add all the |
ingredients and toss to coat. place the mixture into a |
large buttered casserole and cook covered for 2 hours or |
until the lentils have absorbed much of the liquid and the |
potatoes are softened. |
