New Orleans Baked Shrimp
 
4   lbs, large unpeeled fresh shrimp
1/2 lb.  butter
1/2 cup  olive oil
1/4 cup  chili sauce (such as heinz)
1/4 cup  worcestershire sauce
2   lemons - sliced
4   garlic cloves - chopped
2 Tbsp  creole seasoning
1 Tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  paprika
1 tsp  oregano
1/2 tsp  cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp  tabasco sauce
  salt and pepper to taste
  optional a very little amount of liquid shrimp boil
 
spread shrimp in shallow aluminum covered pan. - combine butter in sauce 
pan with all other ingredients - heat over low heat til butter melts. - 
pour this over shrimp. cover & chill 2 hours, turning every 30 
minutes. bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done - 
turn once. do not overcook, or the shrimp will be very tough
