Chinese Casserole

1 lb. | extra lean ground beef |
1/2 cup | diced onion |
1/2 cup | diced celery |
1/2 cup | rice |
2 Tbsp | soy sauce |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup, condensed, undiluted |
1 can | cream of chicken soup, condensed and undiluted |
1 | 4oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained |
1 | 16oz can bean sprouts, drained |
1 cup | chicken broth or beef broth |
1 can | chow mein noodles |

brown beef, onion and celery, add rice, soy sauce, mushroom soup, chicken |
soup, mushrooms, bean sprouts and broth. place in 2 quart casserole dish; |
cover. bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. remove cover, |
place chow mein noodles over top. bake for 20 minutes longer. |
