sour cream belgian waffle
 
this sour cream belgian waffle is yeast free and easy to make. i 
converted it from a regular recipe. no need to rise. use immediately or 
leave in refrigerator overnight. 
 
1/4 cup  butter, melted
1 cup  milk
1-1/2 tsp  vanilla
1 cup  sour cream
2   eggs
2 Tbsp  sugar
1-1/2 cup  flour
1 Tbsp  baking powder
 
mix butter, milk, vanilla, sugar, eggs and sour cream with a fork. add dry 
ingredients gradually. use 3/4 cup for a 7" waffle. makes six. these turn 
out very light.
