Chocolate Chip-Pecan Cookies

1/4 cup | margarine, room temperature |
1 Tbsp | shortening |
1/2 cup | brown sugar, packed |
1/4 cup | white sugar |
1 large | egg |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
1-1/4 cup | Bisquick. baking mix |
1/4 cup | quick rolled oats |
1/2 cup | chopped pecans |
1 cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips |

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream margarine and shortening with sugars; add |
eggs and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Stir in Bisquick, oats, nuts and |
chocolate pieces. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased and floured baking |
sheet or non stick sheet of Silpat. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until light brown. |
Cool on a rack for 3 minutes; remove to rack or plate to cool completely. |
Makes about 36 cookies. These are easy and delicious! |
