Grilled Plantains
 
One plantain (or large green/ unripe banana) per serving 
Peel plantains and split lengthwise, place cut-side up on lightly greased 
baking sheet/ broiler pan. brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar 
(brown or white, depending on taste) and cinnamon and place under broiler 
until sugar begins to bubble. May serve as is or with whipped topping.
