Taramasalata (Greek caviar dip)
 
10 to 12 oz.  jar Tarama (fish roe)
5 clove  garlic
  juice of 3 lemons
1   loaf white bread
1-3/4 cup  olive oil
1-3/4 cup  vegetable oil
  water
 
Soak bread in water, squeeze out. In food processor, mix all 
ingredients till smooth. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
